Our Map Search service provides our customers with the facility to obtain official copies of Title Registers and Title Plans for properties and land without a postal address, such as barns, garages, alleyways, access roads, building plots, fields, woodland, riverbanks and so on.
A Title Register contains detailed ownership information, including the name and address of the owner(s). It also contains other important information, such as rights of way and easements, maintenance responsibilities, registered financial charges/mortgages, restrictive covenants , details of Leases, Transfers and Conveyances, it’s tenure (Freehold, Leasehold or Commonhold), it’s unique Title Number and price paid.
Title Plans reveal the boundaries, extent/curtilage of ownership, easements, rights of access, covenants, maintenance liabilities and the Title Number.
