A Title Register contains detailed ownership information, including the name and address of the owner(s). It also contains important information on rights of access and other easements, maintenance responsibilities, registered financial charges/mortgages, restrictive covenants , details of Leases, Transfers and Conveyances, tenure (Freehold, Leasehold or Commonhold), Title Number, price paid and more.
Title Plans reveal the boundaries, extent/curtilage of land owned, easements, rights of access, covenants, maintenance liabilities and the Title Number.
